Justin’s desire to help others struggling with mental health issues led him to pursue a career in counseling after completing his service in the United States Marine Corps. Today, he has over a decade of successful experience as a counselor, both in private practice and as the head of clinical operations at iMind Mental Health Solutions. His experience working with a wide variety of mental health conditions has developed his empathetic, down-to-earth style. His expertise has been called upon for numerous speaking engagements and he is frequently quoted in the media, including prestigious sites such as Buzzfeed, Huffington Post, Bustle, Rewire, and Healthline. Justin holds a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and is a licensed mental health counselor as well as a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH).

A native of sunny Stuart, Florida, Jenny has eight years of mental health experience. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Florida and Masters in Social Work from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Jenny has developed a true passion for working with clients to improve their mental health. Jenny believes that there is no “one size fits all” approach to mental health. Her goal is to meet clients where they are and understand where they are coming from. Together, she can work through their situation and set goals to spark change in their lives. With each client, she strives to uncover core issues through a variety of counseling interventions in combination with her sense of humor and optimism. Jenny is a Qualified Provider for Cognitive Processing Therapy, specializing in PTSD treatment, a Qualified Supervisor for the State of Florida, and is also licensed in the state of Delaware. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys spending quality time with her family and dog outside in the Florida sun!

Lisa Ann Corso is the Chief Operating Officer at iMind Mental Health Solutions, where she leads the operational strategy and execution to ensure the company’s continued growth and success in providing innovative mental health services. With extensive experience in healthcare management and operational leadership, Lisa is dedicated to improving access to mental health care through scalable, technology-driven solutions.

At iMind Mental Health Solutions, Lisa oversees day-to-day operations, streamlines business processes, and collaborates with a cross-functional team to implement impactful solutions that enhance patient care and provider efficiency. Her expertise in building high-performance teams, optimizing workflows, and implementing sustainable practices plays a key role in the company’s mission to transform mental health care delivery.

Prior to joining iMind, Lisa has held various leadership roles in healthcare organizations, where she honed her skills in strategic planning, project management, and organizational development. Her commitment to operational excellence and passion for improving mental health services has made her a respected leader in the field.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Lisa is an advocate for mental health awareness and works to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues. She is dedicated to supporting individuals and communities in achieving better mental well-being.

Rocio is the Director of Operations at iMind Mental Health Solutions, where she is dedicated to ensuring that every client receives exceptional care and service. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Services, with a focus on Youth and Family Studies, in 2019. As Rocio advances in her career, her passion for helping others drives her to continually expand her expertise in techniques and treatments for those facing mental health challenges.

Since relocating to Florida in 2011, Stephany Eddowes has dedicated her career to improving the lives of individuals affected by substance misuse and mental health challenges. With a strong commitment to advocacy, she has been an integral part of the Treasure Coast Overdose Task Force steering committee since 2019, where she collaborates with community leaders to address the pressing issues of overdose and addiction.

In 2023, Stephany joined the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Recovery Residences (FARR), further enhancing her impact within the recovery community. Her commitment to fostering supportive environments for those in recovery continued to grow as she took on a role with the Board of Directors for Florida Recovery Friendly Workplace in 2024.

Currently, Stephany serves as the Director of Business Development at iMind Mental Health Solutions, where she actively promotes access to mental healthcare and serves as a vital resource for the community. Her passion for connecting individuals with the support they need is at the heart of her work.

Outside of her professional commitments, Stephany cherishes spending quality time with her family, understanding the importance of support and connection in the journey to recovery. Through her advocacy and community involvement, Stephany Eddowes is a beacon of hope for many, dedicated to creating a healthier, more supportive environment for all.
