Why Therapy?

75% feel better after therapy! That’s why we strongly believe in the power of therapy. Our Florida therapists will take you on a journey of self-discovery. Together, you will partner for a better life:

“Not sure, but open? I have found that historically clients aren’t 100 percent sure on what they need to work on. They have experienced stress, anxiety, or depression and know that what they have tried isn’t working. So we ask that you come into therapy with an open mind and willingness to work on you. We collaborate together, but we will always empower you to be in the driver’s seat of the paths we take.”
Justin Baksh, LMHC, BC-TMH, Chief Clinical Officer, iMind Mental Health Solutions

Both in-office and telehealth sessions are available at iMind Mental Health Solutions.

Many people have seen improvement in their lives through therapy

I absolutely love this office! I look forward to my appointments and chatting with the ladies at the desk during check in/check out! I have such awesome experiences every week. My therapist is so personable (which yes I know she gets paid to be!) But we really do click! I even enrolled my teen daughter in therapy at this location. Highly recommend!
