Online Therapy
Convenient. Private. Tailored to your needs. Online therapy is a great way to get the help you need in the comfort of your own home… or in your car, or wherever you happen to be.

What is Online Therapy?
Online therapy is a counseling session with a qualified mental health professional that takes places over the Internet.
Online therapy is no different than traditional therapy. It is simply delivered in a more accessible way. By providing a way to connect visually and by voice, online therapy allows therapists to understand a client’s mental state and foster a therapeutic alliance that helps them achieve their goals.
Our Port St. Lucie office offers online therapy to clients all over the state of Florida.
How Does Online Therapy Work?
Once your appointment is set, you’ll received a reminder either by text or email that contains a link to log into your appointment.
When you click on the link – whether it’s from your smart phone, a laptop, or a tablet computer – you’ll be prompted to enter your birthdate. That’s all you need to enter the waiting room, where your therapist will start your session at the appointed time.
Take advantage of your time with your therapist to address any mental heath concerns and work toward building a better life, together.

How Do I Get Started with Online Therapy?
Simply call or email us to get started with online therapy. We will go authorize your insurance to ensure coverage for therapy and assign you a therapist who best meets your individual needs.
Once you have been matched with a therapist, your first appointment will be scheduled. After each appointment, it is recommended that you schedule the next.
Generally, our clients meet online with our therapists on a weekly basis.
